A text conversation between NBC affiliate WXIA Atlanta chief meteorologist Chris Holcomb and his daughter has gone viral.
Holcomb was busy tracking an incoming storm and reporting on the air last Thursday when his 18-year-old daughter, Claire, texted him to say her weather app didn’t agree with his forecast. The 18-year-old said, “The weather app says it’s not gonna snow.”
Holcomb fired back with the greatest comeback. “Thank you. Maybe your weather app will pay for your college.”
When he shared the text on Twitter, it went viral, with over 50,000 retweets, and has been liked over 156,000 times as of Tuesday afternoon.
