More than 800,000 Power Outages Across Carolinas Sep 15, 2018

 

Latest information from electric utilities from across North Carolina and South Carolina show that power outages for customers are above 800,000, as of 8 AM EDT. At one point, power outages exceeded 900,000 customers

Duke Energy, one of the largest North Carolina utilities, is reporting close to 488,693 customer outages.
