Bring It On…
After almost two weeks without a drink of water from Mother Nature, cities throughout the southeastern part of the country are finally able to see the glass half full. Atlanta has gone 12 days without rain and during this time of the year, that can be a real problem. Pollen counts have been more than extremely high and word is, Kleenex stock is up by four percent. As a non-allergy sufferer I can make jokes like that – but if pollen is a problem for your sensitive nose, then this season has been no laughing matter.
As mentioned, help is on the way with those scattered showers moving through the southeast today. It’s only a one day event and if the truth be known – two or three days of the soaking showers would be better – but they’ll take what they can get and hope that the chance of scattered showers moving in this weekend will come through for ’em. Have a great day.
