Dauphin Island Mayor Talks About How the Island is Preparing for Nate

Mayor of Dauphin Island Jeff Collier says that even though they are storm savvy, they are still taking the necessary precautions ahead of Tropical Storm Nate.

Dauphin Island is under a Hurricane Warning and a Storm Surge Warning.

Nate is expected to be a category 1 hurricane before making landfall.

Mayor Collier says that he believes the biggest threat will be storm surge and salt water flooding.
