Don’t Be Scared, Be Prepared
All of the ingredients are coming together for a multi-day severe weather event across a big portion of the nation, including large hail, damaging wind, and tornadoes. The Storm Prediction Center in Norman, OK has the areas in red at the highest risk for dangerous storms, both Sunday & Monday.
Although we’ve already had rounds of severe storms across the U.S. this season, you still have time to prepare before the next round develops. Here’s how:
Haven’t put together a severe kit yet? Grab a Tupperware bin, and load it up with the following items:
Do you know the difference between a watch & a warning?
What happens if a warning is issued? Do you know where to go?
