Flash Flood Emergency Issued for Charleston, SC

A Flash Flood Emergency was issued Monday for Charleston County, South Carolina.

Tropical Storm Irma continued to push northward, bringing heavy rain and strong winds to the area.

The National Weather Service in Charleston issued the warning Monday morning after extreme flooding was happening in the county.

Not only did Charleston have to worry about flooding, but multiple tornado warnings were also issued in the area.
