A bout of heavy rain brought flash floods to Lafayette, Louisiana, on Wednesday, November 1.
The National Weather Service issued flood warnings for Vermilion and Lafayette Parishes in Louisiana.
In one hour, they received 2.58″ of rain, totaling 5.58″ for the day on Wednesday.
Some neighborhoods reported flooding and authorities closed several roads. The flood warning was issued until 4 pm that afternoon.
