Heavy Rain for the Northeast Monday

9 Oct 2017, 7:50 am

What is left of Nate will be bring some heavy rain for parts of the Northeast. Nate is no longer a tropical system, but Nate is still an area of low pressure capable of strong winds and heavy rainfall.

Here are some rainfall reports over the past 24 hours. More rainfall will be added on to these numbers throughout the day.

Right now it looks like the heaviest rainfall will be located in northern New York and northern Vermont where 2-4 inches of rainfall will be possible.

As of right now there are no flood watches or warnings…meaning that this heavy rain should be spread out over several hours.
