Los Angeles Flash Flood: LAFD Swings Into Action – Water Rescue

The Los Angeles Fire Department has been busy with river rescues after nearly two inches of rain fell in a 24 hour period.

Three people and a dog were rescued by the LAFD on Tuesday morning.
It happened along the swollen LA River. Crews were able to rescue the three people from two separate locations. Everyone is expected to survive.
