Matthew Unearths Civil War Era Munitions in South Carolina – Bomb Squad Dispatched
U.S. Air Force Explosive Ordnance Disposal technicians worked with local law enforcement bomb squad members to transport Civil War era cannonballs that washed ashore during Hurricane Matthew to a safe location. The ordinance washed ashore on Sunday in Folly Beach, SC, Sunday October 9, 2016.
