The early season snow has arrived in Pennsylvania and New York state. As of this afternoon, the heaviest snow has been falling in Centre County, PA which is located smack dab in the center of the state. State College had their earliest measurable snowfall on record and the amount keeps increasing. As of early this morning, they were at 4.7″. With the weight of this snow, just a few inches could easily snap tree limbs and ultimately lead to power outages. Motorists can expect changing weather conditions along I-80 in Pennsylvania.
