Ready for football season? The Crew on Top of Mt. Washington Prepares for Football Season in 85 mph Winds
The crew that stays on top of Mount Washington for days at a time have to have a little bit of fun, you know? Although, your idea of fun may be different than theirs. In preparation for football season, the crew decided to through the football around. Sounds easy, right? Not quite. They were tossing (r should I say Mother Nature was tossing) around the football in 85 mph winds!

Mount Washington is no stranger to crazy weather and that’s exactly what impacted the mountain over this past weekend. Since the mountain sits over 6,000 feet – it’s high enough in the atmosphere where jet stream winds can be felt.
Mount Washington sits in Northern New Hampshire. Located in the Presidential range of the White mountains.
