The National Hurricane Center issued its final advisory on Tropical Depression Four this afternoon. The 5 p.m. AST discussion noted that “satellite data and surface observations indicate that the depression
no longer has a closed circulation, and the cyclone has degenerated into a tropical wave. Showers associated with the system have continued to diminish and remain disorganized.”

Four first developed into a depression on Wednesday evening. The remnants of Tropical Depression Four are expected to move to the northwest, staying mainly north of the Lesser Antilles.
