Three Killed as Tornado Strikes Virginia – State of Emergency Declared

State Police in Virginia have confirmed three deaths in the small town of Waverly, 50 miles south of Richmond Virginia. Strong wind gusts of roughly 60 mph lead to the closing of the roads into the town, and at least five structures are reported to of been damaged within the city limits.
