3. Blizzard of Epic Proportions

It’s been more than 2 years since Boston experienced a blizzard. Sustained winds of 30 miles per hour, visibility of less than 1/4 mile, all lasting 3 hours or more. This is just one of many videos out of the region, but what a storm it was. Now the Northeast braces for yet another winter storm that will pack quite the punch!

This particular video is of fire crews putting out a fire that started after lightning struck a tree in Rhode Island! You read that right! The winter storm was powerful enough that there were reports of cloud to ground lightning in the middle of near white out snow!

1. Never Do This

Shocking, incredible, dangerous– all words that describe our top video from this past week. This was the EF-3 tornado that ripped through New Orleans East on Tuesday. Not only was it a miracle that this videographer wasn’t hurt, but there were no deaths associated with any of the tornadoes that hit Southern Louisiana this past week.
