Here is a look at some of the big weather stories we are covering today on-air and online.

Rain and Snow for the Northeast Today

An area of low pressure pushing through the Northeast will provide rain and snow chances through Thursday morning.  Not seeing a high amount of accumulation with the snow showers, but a dusting will be possible.

Staying Active in the Pacific Northwest

More rain and higher elevation snow in the forecast today for parts of the Pacific Northwest.  It does look like there will be a break in this active weather pattern by Saturday.  The strong winds will also continue for the region on Thursday and Friday.

Warm Temperatures for the Southern Plains

Major surge of warm air will be building over the Central and Southern Plains by Friday.  Parts of Texas and Oklahoma could be breaking record highs by Friday afternoon!

Weekend Severe Weather Chances

Severe weather chances will be increasing over parts of Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana and Illinois by Saturday.  This will likely end up being a heavy rain and damaging wind event.
