While Texas is still dealing with Harvey, a Tropical Storm Watch was issued off the southeast coast.
The watch was issued Sunday evening by the National Weather Service (NWS) for the South and North Carolina Coast.
A Tropical Storm Watch means that winds of 39 to 73 miles per hour are possible due to a tropical storm within 48 hours.
Potential Tropical Cyclone Ten is located off the Georgia coast and is expected to become a tropical storm in the next 48 hours.
The NWS says that tropical storm force conditions are possible over the waters during this time.
