A Warm Veterans Day Forecast Across Most of the Country
Above average temperatures are expected in most areas of the nation for Veterans Day parades and festivities on Friday. A cold front moving through the Great Lakes into the Northeast will knock back readings in the northern tier of the country to around average. The front may bring some clouds, but little to no precipitation is expected. Another system moving into the Pacific Northwest may bring some rain late in the day, but most of the moisture will remain offshore or brush the coast.
Here is a look at some of the Veterans Day parades across the country for Friday:
No snow is in the forecast, but Veterans Day festivities in the past have suffered from big storms and cold.
