WATCH: Lightning strike sets Oil tanks ablaze in Illinois

Oil tanks in Marissa, Illinois, were set ablaze after being stuck by lightning on Wednesday. Firefighters from the Marissa Fire Department and neighboring departments worked in the pouring rain to to extinguish the blaze.

St. Clair County Emergency Management Agency Director Herb Simmons commented that a hazmat team with St. Clair County Special Emergency Services was requested to assist on scene.
