After record warmth and scorching temperatures plagued Games 1 and 2 of the World Series, the weather won’t be a factor in Game 6, and if necessary, a Game 7 in Los Angeles.
Game time temperatures above 100° in Game 1 and above 90° in Game 2 made it sweltering at Dodger Stadium for the first two games of the World Series last week, but tonight’s Game 6 forecast looks more like something you’d expect in southern California: cool, comfortable and clear.
Winds won’t play a factor at Chavez Ravine tonight, either.
Temperatures should start in the mid 60s around first pitch, dropping into the upper 50s by the end of the game.
Game 7, which would take place tomorrow tonight if the Los Angeles Dodgers are able to stay alive and beat the Houston Astros tonight, looks to have almost the exact same weather, with perhaps a few more clouds.
