We saw 18 billion dollar disasters in 2022, including 3 hurricane events (Ian, Nicole and Fiona) causing over $165 Billion dollars in damage. At WeatherNation, we are part of NOAA's Weather Ready Nation and want to help you prepare, before the next storm. This week we are taking a look back at the 2022 Weather Year and looking forward to how we can best prepare for Mother Nature going forward. We spoke to multiple relief organization that are on the ground before, during and after disasters on what they experience with survivors of natural disasters.
