The work week is starting off quiet in most areas of the nation, but some of the mountain ranges in the West will be seeing some fresh powder over the next few days. Winter Storm Warnings are out for the southern Colorado Rockies, with Winter Storm Watches near Glacier National Park in Montana. Winter Weather Advisories include parts of the Four Corners states and Nevada. https://twitter.com/NWSGreatFalls/status/963017538157318145 Snowfall accumulations will likely climb to a foot for the highest mountain peaks in Southwest Colorado, with several other areas seeing up to 6." In Montana, the ridgetops may see up to 20" of snow with 5" to 10" accumulating over most of the region. Strong wind gusts may produce blizzard conditions along the Rocky Mountain Front. A low pressure center will slowly move eastward through Utah tonight into Tuesday. A second system will move out of Canada into Montana, bringing more snow to the region Wednesday.
