Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be moving through the West again today (Thursday), with pockets of heavy rain. Flash Flood Watches remain in effect throughout portions of Nevada and Arizona.

After several days of passing storms, a cold front will bring another round of showers and thunderstorms into Friday. Heavy rain will create the potential for flooding over some of the more recent burn scars and areas with over-saturated soils.
