We've got another system blowing through the northeast Wednesday. Winter Alerts are ongoing across the Great Lakes for additional snowfall and gusty winds.
Snow squalls, or quick bursts of heavy snow that limit visibility and make travel extremely dangerous, will be possible again this morning. Have alerts turned on in case a "Snow Squall Warning" is issued for your area. If it is, delay all travel until after it passes.
Once this system snow moves out the flakes aren't done flying. The lake-effect machine to ramp back up, particularly across the eastern shores of Lake Ontario!
Through tonight, some isolated locations are looking at another 6"+ of snow.
