Happy New Year! Cool temperatures but dry conditions are in store for the 128th Tournament of Roses parade on this morning (Tuesday) in Pasadena, CA. The parade starts at 8 a.m. Pacific Time. https://twitter.com/RoseParade/status/1080120815213920257 https://twitter.com/RoseParade/status/1080124420448911361 Temperatures will be in the 40s at the start of the parade, but under sunshine, readings will warm quickly through the 50s.
