A potent weather system has dropped severe hail across Wisconsin on Saturday, along with strong wind gusts. The largest hailstone grew up to the size of limes in parts of the Badger and Wolverine States.

There will be a short window for severe thunderstorm potential in the Upper Midwest Saturday evening. The severe weather threat should diminish between 10 p.m. and 1 a.m. local time Saturday night to Sunday morning. The biggest hazards will be wind and hail.
