Halloween Night is almost here! Hopefully, the kiddos have their costumes picked out already. The real question is: will I have to wear a jacket that ruins my costume? That is when Weather Nation comes in handy with keeping an eye on who needs the rain jacket before hopping on the broom to head out. Also, how cool will it be when you emerge from the coffin?
Across the Nation, many have been running above average in the afternoons for the past few weeks. A driving cold front will at least knock us back to seasonal temperatures in time for Halloween night. The coldest temperatures around trick-or-treat time will be around the Twin Cities and Dakotas. However, a lot of cities in the eastern half of the country will be experiencing their city's warmest Halloween on record.
A city that might get a trick on Halloween is Minneapolis. This cold front pushing through will bring the change of snowfall during the day, but the treat could be clearing conditions in time for trick-or-treaters.
Other spots across the country that should be on alert for a tricky forecast include Nashville, TN where a cold front brings rain chances for the trick-or-treaters on Thursday evening.
Check back with WeatherNation as we get closer and closer big night, when we'll have more details!
