Ocean Floods Massachusetts Town After Seawall Breaches During Nor'easter

The waves breached a seawall in Scituate, Massachusetts, on Thursday, January 4, as a powerful Nor’easter battered the East Coast. The National Guard was dispatched to the area as the water poured over the seawall, flooding area streets with icy sea water, a news report said.
