The storm system that brought blizzard conditions to the Plains to start this week is now bringing New England snow and ice. Winter Storm Warnings continue for Northern Maine, with Winter Weather Advisories southward into New York. Up to an additional 4" of snow is possible, along with a .10" of ice. Further south, areas of heavy rain could produce runoff issues, especially along rivers, creeks and streams with ice jams. Flood Watches extend from Pennsylvania to Maine. The low pressure center moved into Ontario this morning and will continue to push eastward through Canada into Wednesday.
