A frontal system has brought Pacific moisture across the Northwest over the last day. Totals in a 24 hour period were over a foot in some locations.

A few areas in the northwest, mostly inland, will remain under winter alerts through Wednesday morning.

The snowfall will diminish through tonight but we will be watching another system working in by Thursday.

The heaviest of the additional accumulation through Wednesday night will be for Idaho, Southern Montana, and Wyoming.
