Severe weather chances today will not be as high as the severe chances we've been dealing with for the past several days.  We still could see some strong storms for parts of the Country today, especially over parts of the southern and central Rockies.

Severe Outlook

Parts of Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska and New Mexico are under a slight risk of severe weather today with the chance for scattered showers and storms producing large hail and damaging winds.

Forecast

By the early afternoon storms will be firing up over Colorado and Nebraska.  As the day goes on, more storms will fire up and the chance for severe weather increases.  Some individual storms could drop some very heavy rain.  Definitely need to be aware of the flash flooding risk today as well.   Keep checking back with WeatherNation for more updates!
