Numerous severe storms capable of large hail, damaging winds and tornadoes will be possible today from the Red River Valley to southwest Missouri.  Here is the very latest on the risk of tornadoes.

Tornado Outlook

A 2-10% risk for tornadoes today from West Texas to western Indiana.  The highest risk for be over Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas and Missouri.  You will want to keep a close eye on the forecast if you are in these areas.

Forecast

  The timing of the storms will be from the late morning through the evening hours.  The tornado risk will likely be increasing for the afternoon and evening during the warmest part of the day.  Keep checking with WeatherNation for more updates on today's severe chances.
