Tropical Storm #Bill has become an extratropical cyclone and is moving quickly over the North Atlantic. Since bill is now extratropical the National Hurricane Center is no longer issuing advisories on the storm.

This tropical storms is likely going to move into colder Atlantic water as it heads towards the Canadian Maritimes and will quickly dissipate by midweek.
