On Monday this energy will linger across the Central Plains and Midwest triggering another round of strong to severe storms for the afternoon hours.
Hail and wind will once again be the primary concern with an isolated tornado risk for Iowa, eastern Nebraska and northern Kansas.
Stay alert and have a way to get watches and warnings should they be issued for your region.
