The Storm Prediction Center has downgraded the slight risk to MARGINAL (level 1 out of 5) for the overnight hours including places like Memphis, TN and Greenville, MS. Although the threat is on the lower end of the scale it's still important to have multiple ways of receiving severe weather alerts, especially overnight.

Here's a look at the timing of some of our overnight storms, although very isolated in nature it's important to note that Sunday's storms managed to produce 3 tornado warnings into the Midwest so it's something that can't be ruled out.

Stay with WeatherNation for the latest in the severe weather potential and please take your severe weather alerts seriously when/if they're issued.
