Colorado Rockies Snowfall Winding Down

It's officially Fall but for the Rocky Mountain State of Colorado, it's feeling a little more like winter with recent snowfall accumulating in the mountain. Winter weather advisories have come to an end. Snowfall totals haven't been overly impressive but up to 2" have fallen in cities like Pitkin, Colorado.

On the warmer side, heavy rain has led to accumulations of 1-2 inches, with additional light rain expected through midday.

Additional rainfall totals could surpass 0.25-.50" in some locations, mostly in northeastern Colorado. Tune into to WeatherNation for the latest details.
