Over the past week a strong Atmospheric River has been pumping moisture into California, leading to heavy rainfall and Snow. Heavier showers moved into southern California overnight, with about 2-3 inches in the mountains and along the coast. Snow and rain will linger into the early afternoon, but impacts should be minor. Clearing conditions are expected until the middle of next week when another storm system looks to arrive.
