The slow-moving upper-level low is still spinning in the Rocky Mountains Monday morning, spinning through lingering snow chances. This system brought plenty of snow to the Four Corners, with some areas picking up 7-8 inches over the weekend.
As the snow continues to fall, portions of the I-70 corridor could become slick. A Winter Weather Advisory is set to expire this afternoon when temperatures warm up enough.
The snow will gradually wind down throughout the morning, with additional accumulations only totaling a few inches at most.
Any snow will be helpful as some ski resorts begin to open their slopes sometime next month! For more details on this tricky forecast, be sure to join us :50 minutes past the hour for your western regional forecast.
