Northern Plains Heat Pushes into Upper Midwest

Record high temperatures have been breaking since Memorial Day Weekend in the Northern Plains, making the High Plains the hottest temperatures across the country! On Wednesday, another record was broken in this area for Baker, Montana, reaching 89°!

Heat Advisories remain in effect for portions of Montana through Thursday for the dangerous heat. Afternoon highs will once again soar into the 90's

The heat will remain into Friday, but more storm chances could throw some cloud cover into the afternoons, which might help.
