4 Rescued From Flash Flooding in Tennessee

After flash flooding inundated the town of Bethpage, TN and surrounding areas, high flood waters left a home with four elderly individuals stranded. Local emergency emergency crews were dispatched. All four were safely rescued and brought to dry ground, according to Sumner County EMS’s Sam Clark.

Authorities also added that in addition to the home rescue, a car was also washed away by the water. Those inside were able to safely get to dry land.

Already saturated ground added to the rising waters.
