The Western U.S. is going to find a wet and snowy week ahead.  A strong storm is moving into the region today to bring rainy conditions to the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain West, and mountain snow to the Cascades and Northern Rockies. This storm will slowly move southward over coast through midweek. This will keep rainy days in the forecast through at least Wednesday for Seattle and Portland. As the storm moves slowly southward, Salt Lake City will find quite a dose of rain on Tuesday with impressive snow totals of 1-2 feet over the Wasatch Range for snow that will continue all the way into Thursday. By Thursday, a weak wave is forecast to bring another round of wet weather to the Seattle area. This will also be followed by another weak wave heading into the weekend that could also bring more showers to the coast.  Stay with WeatherNation for constant updates on everything weather for the U.S. online here https://media.weathernationtv.com/.  Also, remember to keep us handy through your mobile device where we’re streaming 24/7.  You can download our app here: https://media.weathernationtv.com/apps/
