Deadly Tornado Outbreak Ravages Ohio

UPDATE (2PM ET): The tornadoes that moved through Mercer, Montgomery & Greene Counties have been given preliminary ratings of at least EF-3. The mayor of Celina said an 81-year-old man died after a car crashed into his residence.
