Slick Roads Continue for the Mid-South

Winter weather alerts continue across the Tennessee Valley, as this area grapples with slick roadways and lingering precipitation. Freezing temperatures continue across the region, making for ongoing travel difficulties across bridges and overpasses.

Another blast of arctic air arrives this weekend, with highs in many areas not topping the freezing mark on Saturday. Frost and freeze alerts will be issued for areas that have not seen these conditions yet this season.
