Likely Tornado Causes Serious Damage in Jacksonville, Alabama

Multiple tornado warnings were issued in Alabama, and the storm that tracked through Jacksonville was of great concern. The National Weather Service office in Birmingham tweeted out Monday evening that there was a confirmed tornado and that residents needed to take shelter. https://twitter.com/NWSBirmingham/status/975909885312454656 As the line of storms moved east, Jacksonville State University was damaged by a tornado. https://twitter.com/WeatherNation/status/975911307621761024 But after the one storm moved through, another one was on the way, according to the National Weather Service. https://twitter.com/NWSBirmingham/status/975912623039533057 After the storms cleared the area, reports of damage started to pour in. https://twitter.com/gseitz/status/975922006255439872 WeatherNation was on the scene not long after the storms moved through to survey the damage.
