We're in for a round of clippers that'll rip through the north throughout this week. The first system will push through Tuesday, with a stronger system on it's heels in the late work-week.
These totals will pile up across the northern plains, with the highest totals staying out west across the northern Rockies.
With the heavy snow likely to pile up in the mountains, several winter weather watches have been issued in the northern Rockies, lasting through Tuesday.

Gusty winds will also play a role in the forecast. We can expect rounds of 25-30mph wind gusts. In some cases, maybe even higher than that!
