At least three record highs were broken on Monday in Ohio and Pennsylvania, including the cities of Cleveland and Erie. Cleveland and Mansfield, Ohio along with Erie, Pennsylvania all reached 88° on Monday, all tying or breaking record highs for Monday, all under a big ridge of high pressure drawing up summer-like heat and humidity.
