Here we go again. Those pesky offshore winds have returned, again elevating the fire danger in Southern California. It was just over a week ago that the Franklin Fire erupted near Malibu under a similar setup. The containment has grown significantly on the fire that prompted some evacuation orders early last week.

Practice fire safety through Wednesday, and have a go bag ready! Be sure to report any new plume of smoke to your local authorities--don't assume it's already been reported.
