Severe weather will be possible for eastern areas of Kansas and western areas of Missouri, today.
Rotation will be possible within some of these storms that could lead to tornadoes.
On top of this, winds up to 58 mph and hail up to an inch could accompany these storms.
The first half of the day is staying fairly quiet. It’s not until we get to around 5 PM where isolated severe storms start to fire off. This will last until around 11 PM tonight.
Storms will then move into southern Illinois where they will be bringing some heavy rain for the start to the day.
