Multiple tornadoes have been observed on Sunday and the threat will continue overnight as severe storms are expected to move through Mississippi and Alabama. Damaging winds, hail, flash flooding and isolated tornadoes will be possible overnight.

Severe Outlook

A Marginal to Slight risk of severe weather has been issued for the Lower Mississippi River Valley today and tonight.

Severe Risks

The highest risk overnight will be for damaging wind gusts as well as tornadic activity, as we've seen it throughout the daytime hours on Sunday.
