An upper-level trough moving across the High Plains will bring the chance for strong to severe storms across the Southern High Plains.  This will include the risk for large hail, damaging winds and tornadoes.  Here is the very latest.

Scattered to numerous sever storms will be possible from North Texas to the Mississippi Valley.  All modes of severe weather will be possible, so please be weather aware for any outdoor activities.

Severe Risks

Several highly populated cities could have severe weather impact outdoor activities  today.  This includes anywhere from Dallas to St. Louis.
